What is your service area?

We serve the Greater Los Angeles area. We’re based in Glendale, CA and have performed work all over Los Angeles County. Farther trips from HQ may have less availability.

What if I live outside of your service area and still want to talk?

We enjoy speaking with people all over the country! Even if we can’t meet in-person, we can hop on a phone call or even a video chat.

Can I still buy from you if I don’t live in Los Angeles?

Absolutely! After our consultation we’ll still provide you with a recommendation of products that you can purchase through us. We’ll have them shipped right to your door! Once they arrive we can help you set them up with our Remote Assisted Support. If you’d like someone to professionally set them up, we can help find a reputable provider in your area.

Can I buy products without any services?

Totally! A lot of our customers prefer to do the setup themselves, but do find value in chatting with us to confirm which products to buy.

Do you provide services if I already have the products?

Of course! We provide both initial installation as well as troubleshooting and repairs.

What products do you actually carry?

We carry a wide variety of consumer electronics and Smart Home devices. You can see more on our Products page. 

Why don’t you list the actual products?

The short answer is that our website would very quickly turn into a catalog. There’s plenty of retailers out there - some that rhyme with “Glamazon” - that list EVERYTHING under the sun. It can get pretty overwhelming pretty quickly. We want to simplify the process and hand-tailor it to your needs by talking with you and surfacing what we believe are the most relevant options. Can I buy products from you without a consultation?

How much do your services cost?

Similar to our philosophy on not listing all the individual products, we don’t list individual Services - we think it would get really overwhelming. Every customer and every project is unique - we want to create a unique proposal just for you. All of our services are flat-rate and not hourly - you pay the same regardless of how long it takes us.
